The Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious recruiters, you don't need direct experiene in the Hedge Fund and Alternatives market, who are excited by the chance to take their career to a top percentile search firm with global reach. We have opportunities to join us in London, New York and Dubai.

As a Consultant, you will:

Leverage your experience as a high calibre recruiter/search consultant and learn and develop in the buy-side market.
Work alongside experienced consultants and revenue generators with $1m+ track records
Benefit from live mandates and an established client base from day one
Enjoy the autonomy and scope to originate and grow your own desk

Who We’re Looking For

1 - 5 years’ experience in recruitment/executive search
Have a strong recruitment track record and be amongst the top performers in your current firm
Strong academic background and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to build and grow in a fast-developing market
Willingness to embrace the opportunity and apply yourself to learning and development
