AXA - Global Healthcare is looking for a talented Expense Partner to join our team in Tunbridge Wells on a full-time, permanent basis. This newly created key role offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest levels across the organisation. As an Expense Partner, you'll develop relationships with senior leaders, including the Executive Committee and International Leadership Committee members, to provide valuable cost base insight, support budget achievement, and drive impactful long-term cost strategies. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading expense partnering, influencing key business outcomes like growth and profitability.
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Finance, CFO, and leadership teams.
- Turning data into compelling insights and stories to support cost management and strategic goals, influencing decision-makers.
- Driving a cost-conscious culture by actively engaging leadership to embed spend management and actively manage spend.
- Supplementing standard cost reports with ad-hoc analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Overseeing monthly cost performance reporting, tracking against budgets, risks, savings, and long-term planning.
- Leading negotiations and reviews of budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets are met and KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborating on allocating costs accurately across channels, products, and functions, maintaining governance and control over cost models.

What you’ll bring:
- ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
- Previous cost management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving savings.
- Relationship management, analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate both online and in person at all organisational levels.
- Business and commercial acumen.
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential data with integrity.
- Experience within the insurance industry or financial services sector would be advantageous.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
