We’re looking for an Experience Design Lead to join our venture-building team. If you’re excited by the challenge of shaping ideas into tangible, testable propositions, and using design as a strategic tool to build the future of energy, you’re in the right place.
You’ll lead design thinking end-to-end - from an idea to low-fidelity experiments, to functioning MVPs that help us validate big assumptions fast.
This is a hybrid role - ideal for someone who brings a strong user research foundation and is equally confident contributing to design strategy, storytelling, and pitching ideas that resonate with both customers and stakeholders.

You have 5+ years of experience in roles that blend user research, design, strategy, and storytelling. You may have worked in an agency, start-up or fast-paced in-house environment where presenting work, pitching concepts, and engaging clients or senior stakeholders is the n
orm.
