👩‍💼 Your Role as a Support Worker

You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs to

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in care is a plus - but not essential (we provide full training!)

✅ A caring, resilient, and proactive personality

✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills

✅ A good sense of humour and a genuine love for helping others

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

• Assisting with daily routines (dressing, cooking, cleaning)
• Encouraging hobbies, activities & community involvement
• Supporting personal growth & independence
• Administering medication & documenting care plans
