Your Role as a Support Worker
You’ll support adults with
learning disabilities, autism, and
complex behavioural needs to

✅ Experience in care is a plus -
but not essential (we provide full training!)

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve
- Assisting with daily routines (dressing, cooking, cleaning)
