We are looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of our Development & Regeneration desk here at Park Avenue Recruitment. 

This is a warm desk with signed terms already in place and active contractors on the system; it now needs someone who can drive it forward and realise its full potential. 

What are we looking for: 

You will need to bring strong business development experience, know how to run a 360 desk effectively, and be someone who can hit the ground running. This isn’t a role for someone looking to learn the basics, we want someone who can walk in and accelerate this desk from day one. 

The opportunity is big! This desk has historically been one of our strongest revenue streams, and we know the market is there. We just need the right person to lead it. 

So, we need someone with: 

• Proven recruitment experience - you know what a good recruiter looks like because you are one. 
• Commercial mindset - this is a huge market opportunity for the right person. 
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
