Salary: £32,000–£50,000 base + uncapped commission (up to 30%)

Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

What You’ll Be Doing

Running a 360 contract desk, building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering fast results.
Managing multiple live roles and short hiring cycles across a range of clients and sectors.
Developing repeat business with established accounts while driving new business opportunities.
Advising clients on market trends, day rates, and project delivery.

Have proven experience in contract or temporary recruitment.
