Location: Wimbledon, Southwest London

Salary: £32,000–£50,000 base + uncapped commission (up to 30%)

Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

What You’ll Be Doing

Running a 360 desk, owning client relationships and managing candidates end-to-end.
Building your own portfolio within areas such as Data Science, BI, and Marketing Analytics.
Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts.
Consulting with clients to deliver on their hiring strategies and long-term goals.
