What makes us different?
- You will have a thorough induction with our in-house professional development nursing team. This will involve a personalised approach, centred on you, to develop the skills needed .
- We have a staff Psychologist- all staff have the right to access support when they need it. We encourage time for reflective practice and set out allocated study days for this.
- Most of all, we treat everyone with kindness, welcoming all staff from All cultures with different experiences, or from an existing organisation we recognise that it takes different skills to make an effective team.
