🎬 Experience Producer – Events & Activations (12-month contract)

📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

💼 Contract: 12 months | 💰 15% bonus | ✈️ Travel: Up to 25% across EMEA

We’re looking for a hands-on Experiential Producer to join our client’s Product Experiences team. You'll help bring our most exciting technologies—like Meta Quest and Ray-Ban Meta—to life through immersive live events, demos, and brand activations across the EMEA region.

You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to plan and execute high-profile experiences at events like Cannes Film Festival, F1, and internal showcases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of events, product demos, and activations
• Manage vendors, logistics, and budgets
• Support product showcase training programs for Meta staff
• Collaborate across marketing, creative, and technical teams
• Help streamline internal processes and playbooks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Min 5 years in production/event management
• Must have experience with Experiential events space in tech companies or creative agencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent comms and presentation skills to executives

Plus:

• Project management methodologies
• Bonus: VR/AR or reality lab product experience
