Key Job Responsibilities
- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to chase export clearance declarations and proof of delivery.
- To manage and maintain export records and documentation for all shipments alongside our ERP system and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
- To provide documentation to external customs consultants to facilitate compliance checks and audits.
- To maintain a spreadsheet tracking all export shipments and supporting documentation.
- To support with any export amendment requests, licensing or tariff processes.
- To provide admin support for wider business requests regarding export compliance and shipments.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Previous experience within warehousing, transport or logistics
- Knowledge of customs export procedures
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, commodity codes and commercial invoices
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Attention to detail
- Proactive, can work on own initiative
- Able to work to deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Excel and othe MS Office tools
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 desirable
Education And Certification Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree.
