About the Role

The External Fee Rates Administrator reports to the External Fee Rates Supervisor and will be responsible for administering all rates queries firm wide, adhering to processes, query management and support. Primary responsibilities include:


  • Work alongside Supervisor in assisting of the data collection project and ensuring all non-standard charge out rates and discounts are correctly recorded in our systems and maintained on an ongoing basis. This includes agreed Fee Arrangements approved by the Fee Committee and LOMP's. Administrator would then maintain these records and provide update to Supervisor regarding tasks which fall outside of SLA agreement.


  • Transfer of the existing "Billing Rules" into "Rate Sets" on Libra by following the current system process flow ensuring consistency on how rules are recorded and processed across the group


  • Provide Supervisor with weekly/bi-weekly update to ensure all KPI/SLA's targets are met relating to our end-to-end process and escalate when appropriate.


  • Ongoing review of the agreed rates in order to ensure that the agreed terms are adhered to.


  • Provide the client lead on global discount requests by providing supporting material in order for them to make an informed decision on agreeing/rejecting the proposed discounts globally.


  • Collaborate with eBilling team ensuring all new FY rates are uploaded to the relevant eBilling platforms on a yearly basis.


  • Maintenance of centralised mailbox ensuring queries are responded too with SLA timeframe.


  • Assist eBilling team with rate/timekeeper administrative tasks to provide seamless end to end process.


  • Provide support as and when required across the function.

EXPERIENCE


What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:


  • 1 or more years of experience in a finance role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent data input skills with first time accuracy
  • Good IT skills and experience on financial applications. General technological awareness
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Competent Excel and Word user
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and driven to improve at all times
  • A team player, capable of working together towards a common target
  • Deliver a 'can do' and proactive approach at all times
