About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic
F&B Assistant to join our passionate team at the Bamford luxury members club in the Cotswolds.
If you have experience in delivering exceptional service we would like you to be the welcoming face of our wellness club, ensuring each member's experience is seamless and memorable.
With a warm and friendly personality you will greet all members and guests and ensure they receive a 5* star service in the relaxed restaurant which boasts a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients or on the open-air, sunlit terrace which overlooks the surrounding orchard.
Based at the Daylesford Farm in Gloucestershire this role is full time, based on
40 hours per week including weekends.
Salary £12.60 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and take orders promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Deliver food and drink orders with precision, ensuring the correct order and presentation, and timely delivery.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Work with the manager and chefs to ensure you are up to date with our menu offering and produce.
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
- Ensure high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development.
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
Skills You Will Bring
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a restaurant or cafe within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Have high standards and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- You will be a customer service professional, have a positive and bubbly personality and have natural flair for luxury service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with issues, escalating to the relevant manager if required.
- A strong eye for detail.
- Proactive approach to your work.
- A high level of written and spoken English is essential.
- Personal appearance is to be of a very high standard at all times
