This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabric Technician located in Hamilton. The Fabric Technician will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of various fabric components in the facility. Duties include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, executing necessary repairs, and ensuring that all work complies with health and safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other maintenance team members and ensuring the facility operates smoothly.

• Experience in maintenance, repairs, and fabric preservation
• Skills in troubleshooting and performing routine inspections
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant vocational training or certifications in facility management or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within the facilities management industry is advantageous
