And as a Facilities Assistant with Bellrock , you’ll do it by…
- To support the FM team in the day-to-day running of the facilities operation.
- Managing finances: raising purchase orders, managing invoices and tracking expenditure.
- Assist with Health and Safety compliance; this will involve collation of risk assessments, method statements, certificates and other associated documentation.
- Acquiring and preparing report data.
- To monitor, plan and schedule both the PPM and reactive workloads for FM team, contractors and visitors.
- Monitoring and management of helpdesk platform (Concerto) including uploading worksheets, closing jobs and raising quote requests.
- Assisting the team with the procurement of materials, equipment and supplies.
- Taking bookings for hospitality requests and liaison with catering team and customers.
- Admin based duties as they occur such as minute taking and audits.
What does it take?

- Previous experience in similar administrative role.
- Customer service experience
- IT skills essential for role (Microsoft Excel, Word etc)
- Familiarity with finance/accounts advantageous
- Familiarity in role with similar requirements
- Customer focused.
- A friendly and helpful attitude
- Flexible and reliable
- Organised and motivated.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the office based in. Worcester, Monday to Friday , 8.30am to 5pm.
