Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-driven professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic office environment? We’re looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to take ownership of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What that means day to day
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, contractor coordination, and facilities compliance.
- Manage service suppliers and vendor relationships, ensuring work is completed to standard and on schedule.
- Support departmental projects, including scheduling, tracking progress, and handling documentation.
- Maintain shared mailboxes and handle enquiries in a professional, timely manner.
- Provide administrative support, including reception cover, audit prep, and cross-team collaboration.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Desirable:- Experience in a facilities or office coordination role, ideally within a corporate or multi-site or large office environment
- Background in project coordination or management
- Familiarity with compliance, audits, and ISO standards.
