Facilities Coordinator
Location: Heysham 1
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits package
Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:15 | Friday 07:45–12:45
Join Dalkia as a Facilities Coordinator at Heysham 1 – where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Heysham 1. In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in coordinating maintenance and repair activities carried out by third-party contractors, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day repairs and maintenance of site facilities
- Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and effective completion of work
- Ensuring third-party providers adhere to Health & Safety regulations, and that RAMS and Permits are compliant
- Liaising with key stakeholders, including EDF, to maintain strong working relationships
- Leading meetings with subcontractors and vendors to oversee and support maintenance activities
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
- Level 3 Field Supervisor qualification (or working towards it)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable, adaptable team player with a strong work ethic
