Are you a dynamic and experienced Facilities Management professional ready to lead the delivery of exceptional Hard and Soft FM services across a diverse estate? Southern Water is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Facilities team and play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace experience for over 2,400 colleagues and partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our FM Delivery Manager, you’ll be the operational lead for both Hard and Soft FM services across our offices and staffed sites. You’ll manage our Integrated FM (IFM) provider, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards, in line with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

In This Role You Will

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our IFM provider to drive performance and innovation.
  • Oversee delivery of services including cleaning, security, M&E maintenance, HVAC, and building fabric.
  • Lead on compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX projects, and ensure value for money.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all FM activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing both Hard and Soft FM services in a multisite (10+) regulated environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and supplier management skills.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality FM services and infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Package

This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our offices across the Southern Water region and home.
