Safety & Workplace
Campden BRI provide Food & Drink science, technology and innovation support and consultancy to our clients. We’re looking to hire and train a Facilities Maintenance Operative to help support our site in Chipping Campden.
To modify, repair and maintain the buildings, grounds, fabric, and furniture by means of preventative and reactive activities to provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment. To ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and meet the needs of the business to comply with our insurer’s requirements.

Campden BRI provide Food & Drink science, technology and innovation support and consultancy to our clients. We’re looking to hire and train a Facilities Maintenance Operative to help support our site in Chipping Campden.
To modify, repair and maintain the buildings, grounds, fabric, and furniture by means of preventative and reactive activities to provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment. To ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and meet the needs of the business to comply with our insurer’s requirements.
Position
- To exchange, modify, repair, and refurbish the building fabric, furniture, and fittings.
- To conduct basic preventative maintenance and H & S compliance tasks.
- To assist with portering and movement of heavy goods and equipment around site.
- To assist with site maintenance and grounds upkeep.
- To assist with efficient waste disposal and recycling.
- To assist with training room set-up.
- Experience in firsthand general building maintenance, painting and decorating, grounds maintenance.
- Good understanding of H & S and Environmental legislation and procedures for safe working.
- Experience of waste management and environmental controls.
- Experience of engineering systems planned maintenance software systems.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office software.
- Trained in the use of powered lifting equipment.

- Working hours- Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.15pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays).
