Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a high-profile facility or campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in facilities management to play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including cleaning, engineering, life safety, site services, and general maintenance in line with company and client policies.
- Review and manage supplier contracts, ensuring value for money and service standards; oversee invoice and contract alignment.
- Lead maintenance programmes, ensuring the interior and exterior of the property remain in excellent condition.
- Act promptly on occupant requests relating to repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Maintain accurate records and site documentation including emergency procedures, compliance logs, vendor insurance, financial records, and contract files.
- Support budget preparation, financial reporting, and purchasing activities.
- Assist in the development of long-term capital improvement and maintenance plans.
- Regularly inspect the facility and report issues to the Facilities Director/Manager.
- Ensure tenant and contractor compliance with insurance requirements; manage claims processes where applicable.
- Ensure full understanding of all contractual obligations and building-specific agreements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree or diploma (e.g. Facilities Management, Engineering, Business); bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in facilities or property management, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as CFM (IFMA) or equivalent are advantageous
Technical Proficiency
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with financial tracking and systems such as Yardi is a plus
