The role
The Facilities Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure compliance, deliver key projects, and maintain high standards across Surrey Sports Park. This role is critical to safeguarding the environment, driving operational excellence, and supporting the Park’s long-term strategic objectives.
About You
You are a hands-on operational leader with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to compliance and safety. You can:
- Take ownership of health & safety, safeguarding, and operational governance.
- Use independent judgment to manage risk and ensure service continuity.
- Lead and develop teams to deliver operational excellence every day.
- Oversee complex projects and budgets while driving efficiency and resilience.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize service and maintain high standards.
