We are looking for an experienced nurse to work closely with Cardiology and Metabolic Teams to deliver a tertiary centre CVD risk and Lipids Service, supporting the wider effors of the Trust to improve CVD prevention.
The CVD prevention service promotes healthy living and where possible supports the activities of the flagship ELOPE (East London Cardiovascular Prevention) programme and other initiatives
You will demonstrate specialist knowledge of Familial Hypercholesterolemia, dyslipidemias and CVD risk assessment and management.
You will review patients in a timely way in clinic, to provide expert dyslipidemia and FH review and to formulate plans for their own management and that of their families in line with national guidelines.
