We Are Recruiting For Three Colleagues To Join Us On Fixed Term 12 Month Opportunity Across Our Family Help Practitioner Teams
2x Full Time 37 hours per week
1x Part Time 22 Hours per week

As a Family Help Practitioner in North East Lincolnshire Council’s Children’s Services, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality family help practice to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and families.

Family Help and Intervention
As a Family Help Practitioner you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of the Early Intervention and Prevention offer for families, adopting a whole family, strengths-based approach to reduce risk, increase resilience and improve outcomes for children.
You will deliver and lead core functions of the North East Lincolnshire Family Hub delivery model, working with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
You will act as Lead Professional for families, undertaking the Early Help Assessment and coordinating and delivering support and interventions for families.
