An exciting opportunity has arisen within
Spectrum’s Family Safeguarding Team committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey.
Family is at the heart of our work in
Hertfordshire and that includes supporting our children and young people to remain with their families, where this would be safe, secure and in their best interests.
The Family Safeguarding model centres around a multi-disciplinary team to help families achieve the best outcomes by having parental mental health, substance misuse and domestic abuse specialists all working in one team, alongside children’s social workers and life coaches.
This role includes case management, group work programs and interacting with partner agencies to ensure people accessing Spectrum can improve and change their lives. Don’t worry, we have a robust induction programme consisting of both online and face to face training.
