An award-winning, specialist family law practice in London is seeking a Solicitor (3-4 years PQE) to join its Family Law team. This firm is widely recognised for its expertise across all areas of family law, with particular strength in representing vulnerable clients in urgent and sensitive matters.

The role
You will manage your own caseload of domestic abuse and family law matters, with a particular focus on:

• Urgent protective injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders)
• Public and private children law applications, including emergency measures
• Legal aid funded matters, with strong understanding of funding applications and billing
• Advocacy at directions, interim and final hearings

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE in family law
• Have proven experience in domestic abuse and protective injunction work
• Possess solid knowledge of legal aid processes and billing requirements
• Demonstrate strong advocacy and client care skills
• Be motivated, empathetic, and committed to supporting vulnerable individuals
