We are currently partnering an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a permanent Family Law Fee Earner to join the team in their Stafford office.
The role is full time, offering a negotiable salary subject to PQE, and the start date will be subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a mixed caseload within the family team, covering Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Separation, Domestic Violence, Pre and Post Nuptial agreements and Cohabitee disputes
- Dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters, and handling advocacy when necessary
- Taking new instructions
- Dealing with new enquiries and converting enquiry to Instruction, including networking and business development
Experience required:
- Relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing own caseload
- Confident in managing own caseload without supervision
