Public Children Law Solicitor

Handle a busy caseload of public law children matters, including care and supervision proceedings
Represent children, parents, and guardians in the Family Court
Collaborate with CAFCASS, local authorities, and expert witnesses to build strong cases
Prepare and manage Legal Aid applications in line with Legal Aid Agency requirements
Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients facing complex and sensitive legal issues
A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in family law
Children Panel Accreditation - essential, or nearing completion
Proven experience in care proceedings and public children law
Confident advocacy skills and experience in Family Court settings
Strong working knowledge of legal aid systems, compliance, and billing
A supportive, client-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
Competitive salary based on experience
