The role The Family Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Family Support Workers in providing the full range of SureStart Services to families with children aged 0-4 years in the SureStart area. We're looking for people who: At the closing date have: Essential criteria At the closing date applicants, must have:

• QCF level 5 in Childcare Learning and Development (Management) or equivalentand Two Years experience in leading/managing/supervising staff in family support, early years, community work or health setting.
• Significant experience developing and delivering support for families with complex needs within their homes, plus group programmes for children and adults.
• Driving license and access to a car. Desirable criteria 1.
