- Provide personalised, one-to-one support tailored to each individual’s needs
- Encourage independence through meaningful activities, social engagement, and new experiences
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and attending health appointments
- Support individuals to enjoy outings and community access, helping them live their best lives
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans and risk assessments
- Report any safeguarding concerns promptly to the management team
