A Residential Home with 6 beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.

A Residential Home with 6 beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.
Shift Pattern:
- x4 - 12-hour night shifts- 8pm - 8am
- Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday nights
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
- Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills
- Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
- Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
- Building positive relationships with those you support
- Maintaining accurate care records
