We are looking for warm, caring individuals to provide person-centred support to service users with complex mental health needs in the Northenden area. Your role will include:
You will have good leadership skills, a warm, caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.

- Encouraging service users to be involved in decisions regarding their care and lives
- Providing personal care, practical and emotional support to adults with mental health needs
- Collaborate with service users, their families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service.
- Develop and maintain health action plans.
- Maximize and develop communication plans for services users.
