Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and supervision to care teams.
- Work one day per week from the office (day agreed with RM).
- Attend weekly huddle meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Positively represent Bluebird Care in the community.
- Report any concerns or issues promptly to the Registered Manager (RM).
