Are you a hands-on Dental Engineer with a passion for IT and problem-solving?

We are working exclusively with a well established, family run company with over many years of industry experience who are looking for a Field Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted name in the dental equipment field, known for technical excellence, reliable service and long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining premium dental equipment across a wide client base, helping practices stay safe, compliant and fully operational.

Responsibilities:

Install, service, repair and maintain dental equipment across client sites
Conduct preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs as needed
Build strong relationships with dental professionals, maintaining the company’s excellent reputation
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Collaborate with the office and technical teams for seamless customer support

About You:

Field-based experience in engineering is desirable
IT background engineering is a must
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence required
