Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Marketing Associate to join our team and support our Sales Executives in identifying and targeting key business opportunities across London. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, talking to people, and understanding local business environments.
You will be the eyes and ears of the business in your assigned “patch” of London - building relationships with commercial property managers, attending local business events, and continuously gathering intel that helps the Sales team prioritise and pursue the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Walk assigned patches in London to map out commercial buildings and identify prospective customers.
- Track and report on new business openings, refurbishments, anddevelopments in your area.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date database of building contactsand commercial occupancy.
- Build and maintain relationships with building managers, front-of-house staff, letting agents, and key local stakeholders.
- Represent Vorboss at local events, networking functions, and industry meetups to promote awareness and generate leads.
- Provide on-the-ground intelligence to the Sales Executive team to support prospecting and outreach.
- Share insights and local knowledge to the Sales team, that helpprioritise buildings or areas with high business potential in prospecting andoutreach efforts
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to tailor campaigns tolocal needs or upcoming opportunities.
- Monitor trends, construction activity, and occupancy shifts across London’s commercial property landscape.
- Identify opportunities for Vorboss to engage with growing sectors or specific building developments.
The Right Candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you’re confident speaking with a wide range of people.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a good memory for people, places, and information.
- Comfortable using tools like CRM systems, mapping software, or even just a good spreadsheet.
- A good understanding of London’s commercial property landscape(desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales support, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
