Field Sales & Engagement Executive (Permanent, Full Time)

As a Field Sales & Engagement Executive, you’ll be the face of KCOM in our heartland and expansion areas. From door-to-door conversations to local events, you’ll be generating buzz, building relationships, and driving interest in our award-winning broadband and product range.
Salary – £24,570 plus commission - £6000 on target earnings with uncapped potential
Location – Field Based, covering East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire

Key Responsibilities
- Creating new business opportunities in towns, cities, and rural communities
- Driving demand for KCOM products in newly launched areas
- Generating and following up leads to keep our sales pipeline strong
- Achieving and exceeding targets to help us hit ambitious growth goals
Requirements
- A natural people-person with a track record in customer-facing roles
- Someone who thrives on hitting targets and exceeding KPIs
- A team player with the drive to make things happen
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel across East Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire
