We're working exclusively with a leading provider of on-farm automation and engineering solutions to recruit a Field Service Engineer covering the Yorkshire area.

You'll take full responsibility for the installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of high-tech on-farm equipment, including robotic and automated systems. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that offers genuine independence and variety, with strong long-term prospects in a growing business that values its engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and commissioning new automated systems
• Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on-site
• Supporting technical visits, training and product demonstrations
• Representing the company professionally and building strong customer relationships
• Working alongside the sales team on technical inputs when needed
• Managing your own schedule and participating in a 1-in-3 weekend on-call rota

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic or refrigeration systems
• Skilled in fault finding, diagnostics and hands-on repair
• Confident working independently in the field
• Clear communicator with a professional, service-first mindset
• An interest in agriculture or a willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence is required

Package and Benefits:

• Salary of up to £40K DOE
• Performance bonus of up to 8% (average of 4%)
