Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with a strong background in IT support and customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with incident management systems, Windows and Mac environments, mobile device support, and network troubleshooting. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues across multiple platforms.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve user-reported issues, providing proactive support and follow-up.
  • Monitor and maintain network, security, and computer systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot outages and escalate when necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via face-to-face, phone, email, and chat support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations across locations.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in an IT support role.
  • Proficient in incident management or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS-X environments.
  • Experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices, including MDM systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure/Office 365 administration (mailbox and account management).
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networking and remote access VPN troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with ITIL-based support structures.
