What You'll Be Doing
- Managing user accounts like a pro, handling everything from creation to deletion and password resets with ease.
- Expertly managing and maintaining user groups, ensuring the right people have access to the right resources at all times.
- Performing regular maintenance on computer equipment to keep it running smoothly and prevent any pesky technical glitches.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and equipment issues
- Providing top-notch technical support to our amazing users, helping them navigate any IT-related challenges they encounter with patience and expertise.
- Experience working with WAN technologies and a solid understanding of networking principles.
- Proven expertise in managing user accounts and groups, with a knack for simplifying complex processes.
- A passion for technology and a natural curiosity about how things work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge that comes your way.
