What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Field Tests: Manage schedules, milestones, and technical support for field tests across Europe.
• Technical Analysis: Perform first-line analysis of network service issues, assist in log collection, and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Problem Solving: Support issue reproduction in test environments and implement swift, effective solutions.
• Resource Management: Oversee personnel, equipment, and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring clarity and accountability at every stage.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of wireless network technologies (LTE, 5G, VoLTE, IMS).
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., QXDM, NetMonster, Wireshark) and test automation environments.
• Experience: Proven track record in project coordination, management, or administration.
