Contract Finance Administrator

Location: Bristol (2 days WFH per week)

Duration: 2–3 months

Pay: £16–£20 per hour

Start date: Immediate

We’re supporting a Bristol-based business through a finance system transition and are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator / Finance Analyst to join on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with large datasets and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with the transition to a new finance system
• Working through a backlog of invoice data
• Reviewing large spreadsheets for errors and correcting them
• Uploading cleaned and accurate data into the new system
• Ensuring data accuracy throughout the migration process

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Excel skills – including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Confident handling large volumes of data
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various finance systems
• Agile, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A “roll up your sleeves” attitude
