The Opportunity
As Finance Administrator, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Edinburgh Sport and the wider University, providing day-to-day support to budget holders and committees, helping ensure we make the most of our resources and maintain high operational standards.

You’ll provide accurate and efficient transactional support for our finance and administrative processes – from raising purchase orders and issuing invoices to keeping accurate records, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Your Skills And Attributes For Success
- Has experience in financial administration, transactional processing, or a similar role.
- Is confident working with financial systems and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Can prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Understands or is willing to learn University finance procedures and systems.
