Job Title: Finance Administrator – Oxfordshire
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:
We are working with a precision CNC machining company in Oxfordshire, supplying high-quality components to the automotive, Formula 1, motorsport, and aerospace sectors. We are seeking a Finance Administrator to manage day-to-day finance tasks while supporting commercial and payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record purchase and sales invoices in Xero.
- Reconcile accounts, track payment terms, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve invoice or payment queries.
- Support basic month-end tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
- Assist with RFQs (Request for Quotations) and maintain quotation records.
- Prepare order confirmations and track job status updates.
- Collect and record timesheets, overtime, and expenses for payroll processing.
- Liaise with external payroll providers.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for finance and commercial records.
- Prepare reports and documents for internal and external use.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in finance or accounts administration, ideally in engineering or manufacturing.
- Skilled in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
- Experience with RFQs or quoting processes (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Professional and discreet with confidential data.
