Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Company

A leading CNC machining company in Oxfordshire is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. Supplying high-precision components to the automotive, Formula 1, motorsport, and aerospace industries, the business is known for quality and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices using Xero
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding payments and queries
• Assist with month-end reporting and other finance duties
• Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) tracking and quotation records
• Prepare order confirmations and manage job status updates
• Help collect payroll data and assist with payroll reporting
• Manage expense claims and liaise with payroll providers
• Maintain financial and commercial records and provide general admin support

About You

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role
• Knowledge of Xero and strong Excel skills
• Understanding of invoice processing and credit control
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to work with internal and external contacts
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing is an advantage
• Familiarity with RFQ or quoting processes is helpful
