As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be more than just spreadsheets and reports—you’ll play a key role in driving smart, strategic decisions across the business. You’ll collaborate with departments to challenge thinking and add commercial value, while supporting the Lead Finance Analyst and Finance Manager with planning, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll also be on the lookout for opportunities to cut costs, grow revenue, and enhance services, all while helping us stay financially sharp and efficient.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Producing accurate period-end reports, journals, and variance analysis using SAP BPC
• Delivering clear, insightful commentary on departmental performance
• Maintaining strong internal controls and financial integrity
• Challenging risks and identifying opportunities
• Supporting and educating corporate teams to hit financial targets

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong Excel skills (think PivotTables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs)
• A sharp analytical mind and attention to detail
• Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
