What You’ll Be Doing
M&A
Support the UK acquisition pipeline in coordination with the leadership team and Head of M&A.
Work with senior leaders to engage potential targets, guiding them from initial contact to signed Heads of Terms and beyond.
Assist in preparing acquisition proposals, including financial and market analysis for Board presentations.
Support legal, financial, operational, and regulatory assessments to identify risks, opportunities, and synergies.
Commercial Finance
Partner with leaders across the business to deliver MI that’s clear, insightful and practical
Support month-end reporting, digging into YTD spend and helping teams understand the story behind the numbers
Work with analytics and ops teams to unpick commercial drivers and identify trends
Help develop budgets and forecasts, keeping the model sharp and aligned with our fast-evolving structure
What You’ll Bring
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Some exposure to M&A (even if it’s not your day job)
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
A clear communicator who can explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Curious, adaptable and collaborative -you’re someone who’s just as comfortable working independently as you are partnering across teams
