Finance Analyst (Day Rate Contract) – Real Estate

Cobalt are working with a leading international real estate developer to recruit a commercially astute and hands-on Financial Analyst for a 6–12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance team supporting major development and investment projects across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support real estate development and investment decisions
• Partner with senior stakeholders (finance and non-finance) across development, asset management and strategy teams
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning models
• Track and report project-level performance metrics against financial targets
• Support valuation modelling, funding analysis, and board-level reporting
• Assist in preparing investor packs and strategic insights for global leadership

Required Experience,

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) – 1–2 years PQE
• Previous experience in the real estate sector (property development, REITs, private equity-backed real estate, or real assets)
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Ability to interpret and present data for commercial decision-making
• Confident communicator able to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Must be Immediate availability to be considered
