ABOUT US
Podium Analytics (Podium) is a charity with a clear and ambitious vision to create a world with more sport and less injury.
Committed to significantly reducing the incidence and impact of injury in sport, the charity was founded with the belief that, to see the full benefit of sports participation, more needs to be done to address the issue of youth and grassroots sports injury, which is an under-researched, under-resourced and often overlooked issue.
Podium advocates a science-led, data-driven approach, inspired by the experience of its Founder and Chairman, Sir Ron Dennis CBE, as well as a collaborative one, and works closely with world-leading Research organisations, Global and National Governing Bodies of Sport, Professional Sports Leagues, UK Government, Technology partners, and Sports Clubs and Schools across the UK.
Podium is currently headquartered in Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, and has established the Podium Institute for Sports Medicine and Technology at the University of Oxford.
Podium embraces equality, diversity and inclusion and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexuality, religion or belief, disability, parenting, caring or marital status.

The role requires a professional with similar experience within a commercial or not-for-profit organisation. The role is very hand-on and requires a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, flexibility and proactivity.

THE CANDIDATE
The role is very hands-on and the right candidate will thrive off working in an entrepreneurial, growing team and will be excited by the opportunity to pave the way and do things differently.
The role will require a can-do, creative attitude to getting work done, the ability to multi-task, prioritise and time plan effectively, and the intuitive understanding of what it takes to deliver against a broad programme of activity. As an important interface with both internal and external stakeholders, the ability to build effective relationships will be key.
Excellent planning, high attention to detail and a focus on high standards of delivery are all essential. You must be able to react quickly to changing circumstances, both using your initiative and taking direction as required.
