Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you organised, analytical, and motivated to develop your career in finance? We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our financial operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across a variety of processes.

In this role, you will:

Manage daily employee expenses, ensuring policy compliance and accuracy.
Assist with credit control and help resolve customer disputes with both local and global finance teams.
Support the Financial Reporting Manager with audit processes.

Carry out due diligence for new customer onboarding.

Collaborate on month-end reporting to ensure deadlines are met.

Contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive improvements to finance-related business processes.

Address internal and external queries with effective, timely solutions.

Respond positively to changing priorities and provide assistance when required.

Utilise company systems effectively to complete tasks accurately and on time.

What You Need to Succeed

AAT Qualified with solid technical and functional expertise.
Proficient in advanced Excel techniques.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Confident communicator, skilled at building and maintaining business relationships.
