We are looking for a reliable, detail orientated finance assistant to support our busy finance team based in St Helens. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast paced, team focused environment supporting across all areas of the finance function.

Description

Supporting all day to day accounting operations
Management of cash book and bank reconciliation
Responsibility for credit control
Assist in assessing customer credit worthiness, monitoring credit limits
Query resolution of customer invoices
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Balance sheet reconciliations
Accruals and prepayments
Payroll support

Profile

Studying towards AAT or early stages of CIMA / ACCA
Strong attention to detail
SAP experience desirable not essential

Strong Excel skills

Ability to plan and organise work load

Job Offer
