Role Overview


Supporting the Finance team across key transactional functions, including Accounts Payable & Procurement and Treasury. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build foundational finance skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.


What will you be doing?


  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval, and timely entry into the system.
  • Resolve supplier queries and liaise with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts regularly to ensure all balances are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with preparation of payment runs.
  • Maintain supplier master data, including bank details, contact information, and payment terms, ensuring proper verification, approval, and documentation procedures are followed.
  • Administer the company’s expense system (SAP Concur), including user access, profile maintenance, and policy compliance checks.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records.
  • Liaise with internal teams to confirm receipt of goods/services.
  • Monitor and update daily cash positions across group bank accounts
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, downloading bank statements for audit support and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare internal bank transfers and support on payment runs as required
  • Support cash forecasting by updating templates and reports.
  • Support Accounts Receivable on cash allocation & customer portal review activity when needed.


Who are we looking for?


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of finance processes (AP/AR/treasury).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
